Absolutely, Becky!
It's really easy. Got to scrapblog.com and sign up (it's free). I start a template from scratch. You can choose a background and upload photos from your computer. You can then add stickers and crop photos and add text.
It's so fun and you can post them anywhere or have them printed for a real scrapbook!
